Ideally located in between the village and Pampelonne beaches, this contemporary villa with sea view welcomes comfortably up to 10 guests plus a studio for the staff. Next to the villa is set the long swimming pool with electrical cover and a pool-house with bar and summer kitchen, all offering open views to the vineyards and the bay of Les Canoubiers. The villa is composed, on the main level, of an entrance hall with guests’ toilets, a large living room with saloon with TV and a dining room opening onto a terrace and the swimming pool. Next to the saloon is set a large and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for breakfast and an exterior terrace for al fresco dining. Behind the kitchen is set the staff studio with a convertible sofa, a shower room, a kitchenette and a separated entrance. The night area is composed of the master suite with dressing and bathroom with bath tub and shower and, on the upper level, 2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony with sea view. Two other double bedrooms are situated above the saloon, each with ensuite bathroom with shower, opening onto an exterior terrace.
