Access is made by the roof terrace comprising the parking and a large terrace with sea view that can be used as a solarium or to organize events with up to 100 guests. Staircases are leading to a small garden on the back of the villa with exterior saloon/dining area, barbecue and entrance to the villa. The mail level is composed of a large entrance hall, a saloon with TV and piano, a dining room and a large and fully equipped opened kitchen, all set with large sliding windows that disappear in the walls to form a large covered terrace facing the heated infinity swimming pool. One double bedroom with sea view and bathroom with big Italian style shower room is also situated on this level.
